I want to recognize your driver in Cab 01. Unfortuneately I didnt get his name but he helped me last night at Walnut Creek. I was leaving the concert by myself a little early to avoid the traffic rush. When I went to start my minivan the battery was dead. I was alone, scared and didnt know what to do. I seen his cab and went up to him and asked for help. Without hesitation, he assisted me in getting my van started. it didnt take him but a few minutes and it was a huge lifesaver for me. If there were more people like him, this world would be a kinder place. What a great person! Please pass on my appreciation to him. I will now be using and recommending "A" Class Taxi exclusively.

I made a reservation online and then called to follow up. The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and gave me all the information I asked for. The only thing that I think would be beneficial would be to have a confirmation number and amount of the fare displayed when you book the reservation. Thanks again for excellent service.
